Where are you based? - We are based in South East Queensland, Australia. If you would like us to travel to your location, we can discuss this.
What area can you cover at short notice? - We understand spontaneous events and vendors cancelling issues may arise. We are able to drive to Gladstone, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Toowoomba, Dalby, Gold Coast, Byron Bay and Lismore Regions at short notice. If the distance is able to be driven from Brisbane, we are generally able to cover this if an accident occurs and you require a photographer at short notice.

Will I receive a sneak peek gallery? - Yes! We offer a sneak peek with 10-15 images retouched and sent back to you within 48 hours, so you can relive your magical day and share the images with friends and family!
Do you offer a rush or priority editing? - Yes! We can offer a rush editing deal which is an additional $500 to have your gallery retouched and edited within 2-7 days.
How long will it take to receive all the edited photographs? - Depending on the season and how many events we have lined up, the editing will be completed within 1-12 weeks. The majority of our work is completed promptly and usually within 2 weeks.
My event is not in Queensland, Can I still book you? - Absolutely, the travel (flight/fuel and accommodation) would need to be covered by you. We are always happy to travel around Australia for your event.
What if you are already booked on my event day? - One of our associates may be able to cover your event and we can redirect you.
I need a female photographer due to religious, cultural or safety reasons - Our primary photographer and cinematographer is a female shooter, and is happy to cover your special moments.

What is your editing style? - We traditionally produce editing with rich contrast, bright highlights, muted greens and warmer skin tones. However, we are happy to bring your vision to life with your overall editing dream look and we can discuss this together.
Do you require a deposit? - Yes, we require a minimum 30% non refundable deposit to secure the booking. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for smaller events and elopements. Whereas, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for full day or multi-day event bookings.
What are your travel fees? - Travel outside of 100km needs to be discussed to work out the best possible deal. If you request our services outside of SEQ, the flights and accommodation will need to be paid for by you.
What if I need to cancel the booking? - If you cancel prior to 14 days of the booked event date, you will not need to pay the remainder of the balance. The non-refundable deposit payment that you have paid upon booking the date will be kept by the team and not returned to you.
Do you cover LGBTQIA+ Events and weddings? - Absolutely we can cover your event.
Do you cover engagement sessions? - Absolutely we can shoot an engagement session for you, surprise or planned! In any full day booking, you are invited to a complimentary pre-wedding portrait session or engagement session. You can use these for your save the date content or keep as a momento.
Will I need to sign any contracts? - Yes, I do require a signed release contract for the booking. This covers use of imagery, deposit/payment amounts and due dates, travel and location costs, image delivery, raw images, cancellation policy, liability, reschedules and late arrivals/extensions.
What if I do not want you to use the images on social media or portfolio? - That can be arranged and your client contract can be updated for your privacy. Please let me know when booking and in advance of your privacy request.
Can I print the images anywhere? - Absolutely, you will be provided with the highest quality JPEGS and social media option for download and you can print these with whatever provider you desire. If you require another format exported, please let me know.
Do you give out RAW Images? - I do not give out the RAW Images from the event in a traditional booking. I do not typically give out the RAW files as they do not reflect my editing style and these are my original work.
What editing skill do you offer? - I am a skilled image retoucher and understand that everyone wants to look their best. Every set includes standard light and colour retouching and does not cover heavy modifications. If you are looking for body, tattoo or makeup modifications to specific photos, I do have an additional retouching pricing guide for that if you request that in your package. In weddings, there are anywhere between 100-2000 photos, it becomes extremely tedious applying makeup and advanced editing to every image. This duration it takes to retouch that extensively, goes outside the scope of the package and is additional.
What if I do not like the editing colour scheme? - We are happy to make up to 2 revisions on colour schemes to reach your vision for the images.
What if I want both bridal party preparation covered as well as shots of both couple on first appearance? - We would recommend booking a package inclusive of a second shooter, to never miss a moment.
Do you offer portrait sessions? - Yes! Absolutely, we offer portrait sessions for couples, families, maternity, boudoir and fashion. Ideally, outdoor sessions require golden hour timing, shortly after sunrise and before sunset for the most flattering production. We can offer studio sessions at request.
